Unfortunately no. We use the Web Search Indexing API from Google and Bing to notify them of your pages, but we can't guarantee that they will index them.
The goal is to submit quality pages that should be indexed, and using this API prompts Google (and soon Bing) to crawl them faster than any other method. It should go without saying, but low quality, low content pages, will not (and should not) index.
