For Pro licenses and above:
You can manage your team seats directly in your TEAM settings.
Here you can add in multiple GSC accounts + team seats & permissions.
Click Add Account, Toggle the permissions, click add.
GSC Accounts will receive a notification via email and you will be asked to connect via GSC for the account you selected.
Team Members will have the same permissions and access as the master account
