You manage your Cromojo plan yourself, any time. There's no need to email us.

Where to find it

  • On the Sites page, click Billing in the left sidebar.

  • Or open Account Settings > Billing. Account Settings > Usage shows how much of each allowance you've used this month.

Only the workspace owner sees Billing. Team members can't change the plan.

Plans

Cromojo has five plans: Free, Starter, Pro, Business and Agency, each monthly or annual (annual is cheaper). See the pricing page for what each includes.

Free trial: you can try the paid plan you pick (Starter, Pro, Business or Agency) free for 7 days, once per account. A card is required, and it is charged automatically when the trial ends. We email you 24 hours before, with the price and a link to change plan or cancel. Cancel before the end and you are not charged.

What you can do

  • Upgrade. Takes effect straight away; you pay the difference for the rest of the billing period.

  • Downgrade. Takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then it shows as scheduled, and you can cancel it.

  • Change your payment method or download invoices. Use the Stripe billing portal link on the Billing page.

  • Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. You can resume before then.

  • Overage (Pro and above). When you reach your monthly analytics impressions, collection stops unless you switch on overage billing on the Billing page. The price per 1,000 extra impressions is shown next to the switch.

If you move to Free

When a paid plan is cancelled, one website keeps Analytics and Google Indexing. Monitoring is switched off. Your other websites and settings are kept, so everything comes back when you upgrade.
