Why can't I see the "Add website" button?

Each plan allows a set number of active websites (Free 1, Starter 1, Pro 5, Business 20, Agency 50). When your active websites reach that number, the Add website button on My websites is replaced by Upgrade plan.

What counts toward the limit

• Only active websites count.

• Archived websites do not count. When you disable a website, it moves to the Archive tab and frees its slot.

How to free a slot

1. Go to My websites.

2. Open the ⋮ menu on a website you no longer need and choose Disable website.

3. The website moves to the Archive tab, and Add website comes back.

Disabling a website switches off its Analytics, Indexing and Monitoring. Its history is kept, and you can enable it again from the Archive tab whenever you have a free slot.

You can also delete a website you no longer need, or upgrade your plan to get more slots.

On a team?

The limit belongs to the workspace owner's plan, so every website in the workspace counts toward it. Guests can't add websites at all, so they never see the button. Ask the workspace owner to free a slot or upgrade.
