Honest answer: no, and no tool truthfully can. Cromojo uses Google’s and Bing’s official indexing APIs to prompt them to crawl your pages faster than almost any other method, but the search engines always make the final call on what gets indexed.
What Cromojo does
It submits your quality pages and nudges Google and Bing to look at them sooner. For pages that deserve to be indexed, that often makes a real difference in speed and coverage.
What it can’t do
It can’t force low-quality, thin, or duplicate pages into the index, those won’t (and shouldn’t) index. Make sure each page has genuine, useful content and solid internal links.
